Giving new input to “veterans”, helping experienced colleagues with an unclouded view from the outside, recognizing weaknesses and being available as a qualified discussion partner on the same level – all of these are aspects of my consulting work with program directors.
I am especially proud of the many young program directors whom I supported and trained. Support in daily business is much more than providing assistance regarding strategic questions, air checks, coaching employees and providing ideas and input – it also includes leadership and management support.
Management coaching sessions – in which I have also been receiving training for 15 years – NLP training and individual modules of a certified coaching program all help me provide you with answers to your management questions.
And sometimes it’s simply good to have someone who will lend you an ear – and help you solve whatever problems come up.
